We are seeking to start a chapter of a Christian organization called Threads of Love (TOL).  We sew for preemie babies in the NICU and for babies that don't survive childbirth.  Packets are donated to hospitals along with a prayer including our church information.  It is a way to reach out with our sewing skills to a hurting family.  You don't have to sew to be a part of this ministry.  We have non-sewing projects also.  If interested, please contact Renee Brogdon.

The informational meeting is on September 8 at 6:00.  As of right now we will be having it at Renee's home.  There will be a light dinner.  We will NOT be sewing but Renee will share patterns, how to package the gowns for the hospital, and depending on if the hospital wants gowns for the NICU or Burial gowns there will be samples.  We will also discuss when a good time for everyone to meet is.  We can have two a month depending on folks availability.
