Summer Expo
2016 Summer Expo // Saturday, August 20
1:00 PM - Meal & Vendor Expo
5:30 PM - Concert & Speaker
On August 20, FBC will host our 3rd Annual Summer Expo that benefits the Hunters for the Hungry, an organization that helps feed local families.
This year's Expo will focus on the 15th anniversary of 9/11 and our local first responders. All local First Responders and their immediate family will get in FREE to the Expo. (Show your badge at the registration table for verification.) Our keynote speaker will be Will Jimeno, a New York Port Authority officer. His true life story is depicted in Oliver Stone's film, "World Trade Center" starring Michael Pena as Will. He was buried beneath the rubble for 13 hours and is one of the few survivors that was rescued.
The concert will be provided by Chosen Road, a Bluegrass band, who performs over 250 dates a year at fairs, festivals, and other venues.
